As well as the convenience of the regular bus half hour service to Edinburgh and the Border country, we have hundreds of places of historic, leisure, sporting, eating and shopping interests to get to and enjoy nearby, on foot, by cycle or by car– Edinburgh has attractions all year round with particular interest in the Tattoo, Edinburgh International Festival and Christmas and New year Celebrations.

For outdoor and indoor, relaxing and revitalising, we have tried to create surroundings with minimum stress and maximum enjoyment with modern conveniences. Decking, Outside furniture, The wood fired Hot Tub and the BBQ add to the experience in the peaceful, convenient location with trees, sky and birds to enjoy. The Autumn and Early Spring is ideal for getting out the wellies or hiking boots and enjoying the country side.
