Our luxury pod, while rural, is not remote. Enjoy a countryside location with sweeping views across the Pentland Hills, while being only a short distance from the beautiful sights and experiences that Edinburgh, the Lothians, and Borders offer.


You’ll find Pentland Pod, in Leadburn, the ideal location for couples looking for a quiet retreat or a romantic break. Our visitors enjoy evenings in the wood-fired hot tub and lazy afternoons, in their own private field, watching the visiting birds and wild rabbits. This is a unique and idyllic spot that offers a new experience for those looking for a luxury getaway in the Scottish countryside.

    • Location

    Enjoy a countryside location that is yet still accessible to Edinburgh, the Lothians, and the Borders. You’ll find Pentland Pod at Leadburn to be the ideal base to enjoy all that this area has to offer. Located just 30 minutes south of Edinburgh City Centre and 16 minutes north of the beautiful Borders market town of Peebles. This location has something for everyone.

    GETTING HERE

    Our FACILITIES

    We offer beautifully set up accommodation for up to two people, with a double bed and sofa bed if required. Secluded in your own field, you’ll have safe parking and a private setting in which to relax.


    Everything you will need for your stay is inside, a dining area, seating area, shower room, and modern

     kitchen - including a Nespresso coffee machine, and cooking and dining essentials. We provide linen,

    towels, robes, and everything you’ll need to enjoy the facilities. 


    Outside the pod, you'll find relaxed seating and dining areas, along with a gas BBQ, a covered patio, and a luxurious wood-fired hot tub. 


    There are lots of         things to do, guests have all the variety of Edinburgh nearby or can choose from a range of local activities like local golf, horse riding, or fishing.
